Do you offer a sample bag for testing?

We sure do! Please send your contact info. (company name, address, phone, email, and contact name) and we will mail one free sample bag.

What is the heat resistance of the PPDBags?

The PPDBags have a 464° F melt temperature. We we recommend the waste powder be baked at 350° F - 450° F for 30-60 min. its important to test your powder under these parameters to ensure the powder is completely gelled. Bake times for the Drum Liner and Sheet Liner will be longer. Time and temp will need to be determined based on the amount of waste powder (3 - 6 hours likely)

What size PPDBags do you offer?

We offer three sizes currently. Our standard bag size 24” wide x 36” long, our new 55-gal drum liner size 37” wide x 56” long and our latest addition, the sheet liner 60” wide x 500’ long rolls, meant to line your custom made metal containers for large batches of waste powder.

Are the bags available in Canada?

Can the bags hang on a conveyor?

No, we recommend the bags be placed on the floor of the oven,

Can the bags be used in a infrared oven?

No, the PPDBags can only be used in convection ovens. The I/R waves are to intense and will cause the bag to melt during the bake cycle.

What is your return policy?

We are sorry our bags did not work for you but we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund – we are expert troubleshooters! We offer a full refund for defective bags. Unused bags are also returnable (customer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee).
